Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging group lessons for small classes (3‑6 students) in a home‑based setting, aligning instruction with the national curriculum and individual learning objectives.
- Assess students’ progress through informal observation, quizzes, and periodic evaluations, providing constructive feedback to both learners and their parents.
- Create customized learning materials, worksheets, and practice exercises that cater to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
- Maintain a disciplined yet supportive classroom atmosphere, fostering patience, respect, and a love for learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding attendance, performance, and any areas needing additional support.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and the academic coordinator to share best practices, develop curriculum enhancements, and ensure consistency across all tutoring sessions.
- Track and report daily attendance, lesson outcomes, and any challenges encountered, using the company’s digital management system.
- Stay current with educational trends, teaching methodologies, and subject‑matter updates through continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Education, or a Bachelor’s degree (Sarjana) majoring in Education or a related field.
- Residency: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Kab. Jepara, with a domicile preference for the Batealit area.
- Strong teaching ability with a proven track record of delivering effective group instruction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with students of various ages and backgrounds.
- Patience, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility – essential traits for creating a productive learning environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional adjustments for special events or parent meetings.
