Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analyses of employee competency gaps using assessment data, performance metrics, and strategic business needs.
- Design and develop tailored training programs—including soft‑skill workshops, communication labs, and leadership academies—delivered at the headquarters and satellite locations.
- Create engaging learning materials, modules, and delivery methods that align with adult‑learning principles and industry best practices.
- Facilitate internal training sessions, track attendance, and evaluate outcomes to ensure knowledge transfer translates into everyday performance.
- Lead the rollout of culture‑strengthening initiatives, ensuring organizational values are clearly communicated, understood, and lived by every employee.
- Support company‑wide events such as religious celebrations, community service projects, town‑hall meetings, and other internal activities that reinforce team cohesion.
- Manage internal culture‑internalization projects that reflect the organization’s commitment to both professional growth and personal well‑being.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in organizational development, learning & development, or culture management.
- Strong counseling and consulting skills with the ability to diagnose and address employee development needs.
- Expertise in designing and delivering training programs, including curriculum development and instructional design.
- Demonstrated ability to nurture and sustain organizational culture through proactive initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), assessment tools, and data‑analysis software.

- Willingness to work Monday‑Saturday, 09:00‑17:00, with occasional travel to branch offices.
