Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Practitioner General – Primary Care Physician to join our growing medical team in Cikarang. This position offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates and experienced clinicians alike to deliver comprehensive primary health services to a diverse patient population. The role is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, allowing for a balanced professional schedule while meeting the healthcare needs of the community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments for adult and adolescent patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide counseling on lifestyle modifications.
- Manage common acute illnesses, minor injuries, and chronic disease states such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow‑up on patient outcomes to ensure comprehensive care continuity.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date electronic medical records in compliance with local health regulations.
- Participate in community health outreach programs, vaccination drives, and health education seminars.
- Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to optimize clinic workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Stay current with clinical guidelines, attend continuing medical education (CME) sessions, and apply evidence‑based practices.
- Adhere to professional ethics, confidentiality standards, and institutional policies at all times.
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives, such as patient safety audits and practice efficiency projects.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a medical degree (MD or equivalent) is required for clinical practice.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a primary care setting; fresh graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply.
- Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a valid STRV (Surat Tanda Registrasi Vaksin) and SIP (Surat Izin Praktik).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to evolving clinical environments.
- Commitment to ethical practice, professionalism, and continuous self‑development.
- Flexibility to work in Cikarang and adhere to the designated schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Additional skill: familiarity with animal care (Perawatan Hewan) is considered a plus for community outreach programs involving veterinary health education.
