We are seeking a motivated and reliable Staff Operasional Dapur Kantin to join our dynamic kitchen and barista team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble a variety of menu items according to standardized recipes, ensuring taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, coffee machines, and blenders safely and efficiently.
- Perform barista duties, including grinding coffee beans, pulling espresso shots, steaming milk, and creating specialty drinks.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and conduct regular stock checks to minimize waste and ensure freshness of ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with local health and safety regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and suggest improvements based on customer feedback and emerging food trends.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to manage peak service periods, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems when required.
- Provide courteous and helpful service to customers, addressing inquiries and special dietary requests.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on food safety standards, new equipment, and service techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years (flexible for candidates with the right experience).

- At least 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in a kitchen or barista setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating standard kitchen appliances and coffee‑making equipment.
