Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Pramuniaga Penjualan Retail to join our dynamic sales team. As a front‑line representative of our brand, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, driving sales, and maintaining the visual standards of our retail environment. This position operates on a shift basis, offering a stable work schedule from 06:55 to 15:00, with the exact number of working days to be confirmed during the interview.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring fast‑moving and slow‑moving items, conducting regular stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Implement and adjust planograms to maximize product visibility and optimize shelf space.
- Ensure all display areas meet company standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
- Operate and troubleshoot display equipment, including shelving units, signage, and promotional displays.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal rotations.
- Participate in shift handovers, sharing critical information about sales performance, stock levels, and customer feedback.
- Adhere to company policies regarding honesty, discipline, and personal presentation (clean, tidy, and professional appearance).
- Provide after‑sales support, handling returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries in a courteous manner.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as a retail sales assistant or pramuniaga.
- Open to all genders.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and discipline.
- Willingness to work on a shift schedule.
- Understanding of inventory flow, distinguishing between fast‑moving and slow‑moving products.
- Ability to implement planograms and maintain display standards.
- Basic proficiency in operating display equipment and POS systems.
- Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to work independently when required.
