  • Provide headquarters with actionable recommendations for store promotions, demotions, or strategic realignments based on quantitative metrics and qualitative insights.
  • Monitor core operational KPIs—including foot traffic, cross‑selling rate, conversion rate, average transaction value, and break‑even point—to identify trends and intervene where needed.
  • Oversee value‑added services such as in‑store livestreaming, online order fulfillment, and omnichannel initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with physical operations.
  • Develop and execute store performance improvement plans, breaking down targets into daily, weekly, and monthly milestones and tracking execution across all locations.
  • Lead cost‑control and profit‑enhancement programs, including loss‑prevention strategies, inventory optimization, and expense‑reduction projects.
  • Draft, distribute, and enforce daily operational requirements derived from the Store Operations Manual, guaranteeing timely compliance by store managers.
  • Communicate corporate directives, conduct regular store inspections, and audit adherence to standardized procedures.
  • Address day‑to‑day operational issues, respond swiftly to emergencies, and coordinate cross‑functional support when required.
  • Mentor and coach store leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum D3/D4 education (Associate degree or higher) in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in retail operations or operations management within a large multinational chain.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into practical action plans.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with retail management software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership qualities, capable of managing multi‑disciplinary teams and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High resilience under pressure, a strong sense of responsibility, and a proactive, initiative‑driven work ethic.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across provincial stores to conduct inspections and provide on‑site support.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; inclusive workplace environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required; additional years are preferred.

  • Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision) for the employee and eligible dependents.
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and public holidays, with a Monday‑Saturday work schedule (08:00‑17:00).
  • Professional development allowance for certifications, workshops, and industry conferences.
