Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Marketing Perbankan to join our growing team in Malang. As a key player in the bank’s credit card division, you will spearhead initiatives that drive acquisition, boost sales, and strengthen customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the credit‑card business, targeting both new customer acquisition and increased usage among existing cardholders.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end acquisition process in accordance with the bank’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for incoming applications and approved new cards, monitoring performance metrics and adjusting tactics as needed.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences, translating insights into actionable marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product development, risk management, and customer service—to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate junior sales staff or fresh graduates, fostering a high‑performance culture and rapid skill development.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting sales performance, pipeline health, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partner merchants, negotiating promotional programs that drive card usage and brand visibility.
  • Ensure all promotional activities adhere to internal compliance standards and external banking regulations.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer journey through digital channels, mobile applications, and personalized communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Age between 19 and 35 years; all genders are welcome.
  • Prior sales experience, especially in banking or financial services, is advantageous but not mandatory—fresh graduates with high motivation are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated high work ethic, adaptability, and a quick learning curve in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively while also taking ownership of individual responsibilities.
  • Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for special campaigns or events.
