Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a warm smile and professional demeanor.
- Accurately record and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings, floors, and service stations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns or special requests immediately.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow service staff to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
- Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly, following company policies for transaction accuracy.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs to share feedback and improve service quality.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Assist in inventory checks and restocking of service items as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 28 years old.

- Friendly, courteous, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

- Prior experience in the F&B sector is a plus but not required.
