Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new customers across multiple channels, including social media, referrals, and local events, to promote our treatment services.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships through regular follow‑ups, personalized communication, and after‑sale support.
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations, understand client needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by applying proven sales techniques and upselling complementary services.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns that attract new clientele.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance both soft skills (e.g., active listening, negotiation) and hard skills (product knowledge, CRM usage).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging beauty and wellness technologies to position our services as market leaders.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma is a plus.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in beauty, fitness, makeup, or telemarketing sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
