Introduction

To strengthen its market presence in East Kalimantan, we are seeking a dynamic Pemimpin Penjualan Area Balikpapan who will drive sales growth, lead a team of promoters and sales agents, and nurture strategic relationships throughout the Balikpapan region. Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily productivity of promoters and sales agents, ensuring they meet or exceed individual and regional sales targets.
- Participate actively in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new promoters and sales agents.
- Design and allocate sales territories, aligning each promoter’s target with the national sales objectives and market potential.
- Monitor all sales activities, including lead generation, follow‑up with potential customers, and closure of deals.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and counseling to develop the skill set of the sales team.
- Analyze the effectiveness of promotional schemes specific to Balikpapan, provide data‑driven recommendations, and implement improvements.
- Expand ACSI’s distribution network by identifying new retail partners, dealers, and strategic alliances within the region.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and financing packages.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards in all sales operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) in any field; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within a multi‑finance company or an electronic brand principal.
- Demonstrated experience managing a sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Strong negotiation, sales, and marketing skills; comfortable leveraging social media for lead generation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess sales data, promotional effectiveness, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to motivate diverse teams and build customer relationships.
- Age limit: maximum 40 years.
- Open to all genders.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Balikpapan area.
- Proficiency in Indonesian; English proficiency is advantageous.
