We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Motoris to represent our brands directly at outlets, warungs, and traditional markets across the region. Responsibilities
- Visit assigned outlets, warungs, and market stalls daily to promote and sell Artaboga snack products, including TANGO, FULLO, WAFFLE, IMPERIAL, and other AB2 division items.
- Carry product inventory in the company‑provided saddle bag, ensuring proper handling, stock rotation, and presentation.
- Collect cash payments on the spot, issue receipts, and reconcile daily sales figures with the assigned route manager.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, inventory levels, and customer feedback using the mobile reporting system.
- Identify new sales opportunities, upsell complementary products, and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with shop owners, providing product knowledge, promotional support, and timely after‑sales service.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, reporting insights that can influence pricing and promotional strategies.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the motorbike and saddle bag, complying with all company and local regulations.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product launches and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Educational background: Open to all levels of formal education.
- Age: No maximum age limit; candidates of any age are welcome.

- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 0 years of experience are welcome; prior sales or distribution experience is a plus.
- Essential skills:

- Customer‑service orientation with a friendly, solution‑focused attitude.
- Ability to operate a motorbike safely and maintain it responsibly.
- Willingness to work a full‑time schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 07:30 – 17:00.
