Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kasir Penjualan Ritel (Cashier) to join our dynamic retail team. The role offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, with working hours of 08:00 – 17:00, providing a balanced routine for those who value consistency.
Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, processing cash, credit, and digital payments with precision.
- Verify product prices, apply promotions, and issue receipts while ensuring compliance with store pricing policies.
- Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, including replenishing bags, receipts, and promotional materials.
- Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and exchanges, delivering courteous and solution‑focused service.
- Conduct end‑of‑day cash reconciliations, prepare shift reports, and report any discrepancies to the store manager promptly.
- Collaborate with sales floor staff to manage inventory flow, restock high‑traffic items, and support merchandising initiatives.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols, including proper handling of cash and safeguarding customer data.
- Continuously update product knowledge to answer customer questions about features, warranties, and availability.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on new POS features, customer service best practices, and loss‑prevention techniques.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Must be 45 years old or younger.
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred, in line with the store’s staffing policy.
- Experience: No prior retail or cashier experience required; we value attitude and willingness to learn.
- Key Skills: Basic proficiency with cash register systems, strong numerical ability, and attention to detail.
- Soft Skills: Honesty, diligence, friendly demeanor, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Availability: Able to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) during the designated shift.
