Introduction

PT. To strengthen our brand presence and drive sales on emerging platforms, we are seeking a dynamic Spesialis KOL (Key Opinion Leader) who can lead our TikTok Shop affiliate program and build lasting relationships with content creators.

This role is based in Balaraja, Kabupaten Tangerang, offering a vibrant work environment where creativity, data‑driven decision making, and cross‑functional collaboration are highly valued. Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and continuously optimize affiliate marketing strategies on TikTok Shop and Shopee, aligning with overall brand objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new KOLs and influencers, ensuring a diversified creator pool that matches our product categories.
  • Maintain proactive communication with creators, providing them with product samples, campaign briefs, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze the conversion performance of creator‑generated content—including short‑form videos and live streaming sessions—using TikTok Center and other analytics tools.
  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV), cost‑per‑acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS) for affiliate initiatives.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and exclusive promotions to maximize mutual benefit.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date creator database, tracking contact information, audience demographics, and historical performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the product, creative, and customer service teams to ensure seamless sample distribution, inventory availability, and post‑purchase support.
  • Support ad‑hoc projects such as seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and brand activation events as directed by senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) with a preference for S1 (Bachelor’s) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in KOL acquisition, affiliate marketing, or influencer partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of the TikTok and Shopee affiliate ecosystems, including platform policies, creator tools, and monetization models.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and to grow GMV through data‑driven tactics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and a good command of English.
  • Proficiency in performance analysis using TikTok Center, Google Analytics, or comparable affiliate tracking tools.
  • Highly proactive, quick‑learning, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Open to working Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and able to commute to our Balaraja office.
