Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, processing cash, card, and digital payments while maintaining strict adherence to company SOPs.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service, answering product inquiries, guiding purchases, and resolving minor issues on the spot.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked checkout area, including arranging promotional displays and ensuring all pricing labels are up‑to‑date.
- Conduct end‑of‑day cash reconciliations, preparing detailed transaction reports for management review.
- Collaborate with floor staff to monitor inventory levels, flag low‑stock items, and assist with restocking when needed.
- Follow all health, safety, and security protocols, including handling suspicious transactions and reporting discrepancies promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new product lines, sales techniques, and system upgrades.
- Adapt to a fast‑paced, high‑traffic environment, managing multiple customers simultaneously without compromising accuracy.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: No strict upper limit; candidates should be physically capable of standing for extended periods.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Personal qualities: Honest, responsible, reliable, disciplined, and eager to work hard.
