A leading FMCG (Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods) distributor in Indonesia is seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales Representative – Market Development to join its fast‑growing team in the Pulo Gadung Industrial Area. This full‑time position will focus on the Jabodetabek and Tangerang regions, where the successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, strengthening retailer relationships, and driving sales growth for a portfolio of well‑known consumer brands.

Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned product lines.
- Develop and execute a territory plan that maximizes distribution coverage across MTI stores, wholesale outlets, and modern retail chains.
- Conduct effective calls and visits to existing accounts, ensuring proper shelf placement, promotional compliance, and stock replenishment.
- Identify and onboard new customers, expanding the retailer network and opening new points of sale.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with store owners, category managers, and key decision‑makers in the assigned area.
- Collect market intelligence—competitor activity, pricing trends, consumer preferences—and relay insights to the sales manager for strategic adjustments.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecast future demand, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and product availability.
- Participate in regional sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops to stay up‑to‑date with brand developments.
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and professional conduct while representing the brand in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 preferred.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or food‑beverage sales.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and maintaining stable employment history.
- Strong knowledge of the Jabodetabek/Tangerang retail landscape, including MTI, wholesale, and modern trade channels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to present product value propositions persuasively.
- High level of self‑discipline, honesty, and reliability; must be punctual and diligent.
- Resilient and results‑oriented mindset; able to handle rejection and persistently pursue goals.
- Proactive, decisive, and able to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and personal motorbike for field visits.
