To sustain this momentum, we are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our front‑of‑house team as Crew Layanan Pelanggan dan Dukungan Teknis (Customer Service and Technical Support Crew). This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy interacting with guests, preparing food and beverages, and contributing to a smooth, high‑quality dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, courteous attitude and guide them through the menu options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders both in‑house and via the GoFood delivery platform.
- Prepare beverages and assemble meals according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, service counters, and kitchen workstations throughout the shift.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and address any special dietary requests.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.
- Monitor stock levels of consumables (e.g., napkins, sauces, utensils) and notify supervisors of replenishment needs.
- Participate in routine equipment checks and report any technical issues that could affect service quality.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, recurring issues, and potential improvements to the menu or service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, or fast‑food environment; hospitality experience is a strong plus.
- Own reliable transportation for commuting to the restaurant.
- Not currently enrolled in school or university (full‑time availability).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact politely with guests of all ages.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a tidy appearance.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to handle pressure during peak hours while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Team‑player mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
