Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Collector Pendolo to join our dynamic finance team in Central Sulawesi (Sulawesi Tengah). This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow and ensuring that our customers understand and meet their payment obligations. As a front‑line professional, you will act as the bridge between the company and its clients, delivering clear information, applying effective negotiation techniques, and adhering to strict collection protocols. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and courteous information to consumers regarding their outstanding balances and payment deadlines.
- Execute the collection process in strict accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring that each contact follows the prescribed timing and amount guidelines.
- Achieve or exceed the collection targets set for the assigned geographic area, consistently monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
- Document all customer interactions, payment promises, and dispute resolutions in the CRM system to maintain a reliable audit trail.
- Identify early warning signs of potential defaults and alert the Credit Management team for proactive intervention.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to resolve billing disputes and clarify contract terms.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on regulatory changes, negotiation tactics, and best practices in credit management.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, representing the company’s brand positively in all communications.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 from any discipline; graduates from business, finance, or related fields are preferred.
- Age: Up to 29 years old.
- Gender: Male (as per local labor regulations for this position).
- Work experience: At least 1 year in credit, collection, or a related financial role; fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Proficiency in using collection software, Excel, and basic office productivity tools.
- Strong analytical mindset to assess payment patterns and identify high‑risk accounts.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–16:00, with occasional overtime during peak collection periods.
