Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service to all guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
- Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen, suggest menu items, and answer questions regarding ingredients, allergens, and wine pairings.
- Deliver food and beverage orders promptly, checking for accuracy and presentation before serving.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings, floor spaces, and service stations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up tables, polishing glassware, and restocking service supplies.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate more serious issues to the floor manager.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service techniques, and luxury hospitality trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
