Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf Pengemasan Produk to join our fast‑growing production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the systematic arrangement, packaging, and dispatch of a wide range of products, ensuring that every item meets our strict quality standards before it reaches the customer. Responsibilities
- Prepare workstations and gather all necessary packaging materials before each shift.
- Inspect incoming products for defects and verify that they match production orders.
- Pack products according to company SOPs, including labeling, sealing, and bar‑coding.
- Maintain accurate records of packed quantities, batch numbers, and any deviations.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure sufficient stock of boxes, fillers, and protective materials.
- Load finished packages onto delivery pallets and arrange them for optimal space utilization.
- Perform routine equipment checks, report malfunctions, and assist with minor maintenance.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, especially when handling food‑related items.
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily production targets and continuously improve workflow efficiency.
- Participate in periodic quality audits and provide feedback for process enhancements.
Requirements
- Male candidates, minimum age 18 years, maximum age 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in production or packaging, preferably in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. Fresh graduates with strong motivation are also welcome.
- Demonstrated discipline, diligence, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness to handle prolonged standing, lifting, and repetitive motions.
- Strong mental stamina to meet tight deadlines during peak periods.
- Basic knowledge of food service handling practices is an advantage.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
