- Write engaging captions, product descriptions, and copy that inform and persuade target consumers.
- Monitor current trends, viral formats, and algorithm changes to continuously optimize content performance.
- Maintain a consistent posting calendar, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and promotional events.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with broader business objectives.
- Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights for future content strategies.
- Ensure all content complies with brand standards, copyright regulations, and platform policies.
Requirements
- Age between 18‑28 years; open to all genders.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferred background in Design, Multimedia, or Communication.
