To support our growing operations, we are seeking a motivated Junior Logistics Coordinator who can assist our senior team in streamlining warehouse activities, managing transport schedules, and ensuring that goods move efficiently from origin to destination. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely loading and unloading at the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using basic inventory management tools and assist in periodic stock counts.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, such as delivery orders, packing lists, and customs paperwork when required.
- Schedule transportation with third‑party carriers, track delivery status, and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Support the warehouse team by organizing storage locations, labeling pallets, and ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like order fulfillment rate, on‑time delivery, and inventory accuracy, reporting findings to the senior logistics manager.
- Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and promote a clean, organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments (procurement, sales, finance) to align logistics activities with business needs.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to reduce costs and improve service levels.
- Provide ad‑hoc administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and preparing simple analytical reports.
Requirements
- Male candidate, maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; SMP is acceptable for candidates with relevant experience.
- Good physical health and mental resilience to handle the demands of a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Preferably prior experience as a logistics helper or in a similar operational role.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong work ethic characterized by honesty, diligence, and responsibility.
- Residence preferably within Sragen or surrounding areas to ensure punctuality.
- Basic knowledge of logistics management principles and familiarity with common warehouse tools.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
