Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze key metrics, and prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
  • Handle cash management procedures, including end‑of‑day reconciliation, bank deposits, and loss‑prevention initiatives.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Utilize the store management system to process transactions, track employee attendance, and generate inventory forecasts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute in‑store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Female candidates aged 30 years or younger.
  • Must be a resident of Yogyakarta and not currently employed elsewhere.
  • Proven ability to work independently with a high degree of honesty, discipline, and reliability.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer‑service mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities; able to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
