Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Palopo. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline across a diverse portfolio of products and services. Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base of all company products and services, enabling quick and accurate communication with prospects and customers.
- Prepare compelling sales presentations, brochures, and digital content to support the front‑line sales force.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials that engage the local market.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators such as lead conversion rates, campaign ROI, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, offering effective problem‑solving solutions while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and accurate order processing.
- Participate in weekly strategy meetings, providing insights from the field that can influence product development and pricing strategies.
- Adhere to the established work schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and meet or exceed assigned sales targets under pressure.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher; candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline are strongly preferred.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Male (as per the specific requirement of this posting).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or front‑line customer service.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, and email platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and achieve measurable targets.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a calm approach to handling customer complaints.
- Effective communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- High level of motivation, self‑discipline, and a collaborative team spirit.
