Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and issue Purchase Orders (PO) in alignment with approved budgets and company policies.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential vendors; maintain an up‑to‑date vendor database.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and service level agreements to achieve optimal cost savings while preserving quality standards.
- Monitor order status, coordinate shipment schedules, and resolve any discrepancies related to delivery, quantity, or quality.
- Track inventory levels, update stock records, and collaborate with the warehouse team to prevent stock‑outs or excess inventory.
- Manage procurement budgets, conduct cost‑benefit analyses, and report variances to senior management.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments such as Finance, Operations, and R&D to understand their purchasing needs and align procurement activities accordingly.
- Utilize MS Office, advanced Excel functions, and dedicated procurement software to generate reports, analyze spend patterns, and support strategic decision‑making.
- Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies, ethical standards, and relevant legal regulations.
- Continuously seek process improvements, implement best practices, and contribute to the development of a more resilient supply chain.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in Accounting, Management, or a related field; a background in Food & Beverage (F&B) procurement is highly preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in purchasing or procurement within a corporate setting.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor‑management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), and familiarity with procurement software platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
