Introduction
We are seeking an energetic Sales Motorist to join our dynamic team covering the Labuan region. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working on the road, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth for our motor‑related products and services. As a Sales Motorist, you will serve as the face of the company, representing our brand while delivering exceptional customer experiences across the entire Labuan area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound visits to prospective and existing customers using your own motorcycle and SIM C.
- Identify new sales opportunities by networking in local markets, attending community events, and following up on leads generated by the marketing team.
- Present product features, pricing, and promotional offers, tailoring the pitch to each customer’s specific needs.
- Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure accurate order entry into the company’s CRM system.
- Maintain a regular schedule, adhering to the Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00 work hours while managing your own route plan efficiently.
- Provide after‑sales support, including product demonstrations, troubleshooting basic issues, and coordinating service appointments.
- Collect and report market intelligence such as competitor activity, customer feedback, and emerging trends in the Labuan motor market.
- Utilize Android smartphones and other gadgets to capture customer data, process transactions, and stay connected with the office.
- Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing team to develop localized promotional strategies.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance, ensuring the company’s image is upheld at every customer interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Possess a valid motorcycle (personal ownership) and a current SIM C driving license.
- Strong desire and commitment to a career in sales.
- Proficiency with Android smartphones, gadgets, and basic office applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.
