Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic Spesialis Pengembangan Konten Digital to join our fast‑growing creative team. In this role you will be the driving force behind short‑form video production for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You will work closely with the marketing, brand, and product teams to transform trending ideas into engaging visual stories that capture the attention of our target audience and reinforce our brand’s voice.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on creator who thrives in a data‑driven environment, can pivot quickly based on emerging trends, and enjoys being both behind the camera and in front of it. If you have a passion for storytelling, a solid grasp of platform algorithms, and a track record of producing viral short‑form content, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, script, and storyboard short‑video ideas that align with the defined content pillars and resonate with the target market.
  • Conduct ongoing research on viral audio tracks, trending hashtags, and emerging formats to keep the content pipeline fresh and relevant.
  • Handle end‑to‑end production: shoot, edit, add subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, and upload the final video to the appropriate platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as retention rate, watch time, click‑through rate (CTR) and overall engagement; use insights to continuously optimize future content.
  • Maintain a detailed content calendar, ensuring consistent publishing schedules and alignment with campaign milestones.
  • Perform A/B testing on hooks, captions, thumbnails, and video formats to identify the most effective combinations.
  • Monitor weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Act as on‑camera talent when required, delivering authentic and relatable performances that match the brand tone.
  • Collaborate with the social media advertising team to integrate organic short‑form videos into broader paid campaigns.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, community guidelines, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and maximal reach.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Minimum D3/D4 degree in Communication, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience creating short‑form video content for social platforms.
  • Open to all genders; no age limit.

Hard Skills

  • Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, VN, or comparable software.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts algorithms and best‑practice publishing times.
  • Ability to craft a compelling hook within the first 3–5 seconds of a video.
  • Solid grasp of storytelling principles and basic copywriting techniques.
  • Experience reading and interpreting content analytics dashboards.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and delivering scripted or improvised lines.

Soft Skills

  • Quick adaptation to fast‑changing content trends and platform updates.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on precision in editing and captioning.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
