Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Representative – Printing Offset & Packaging to join our growing team in Boyolali, Central Java. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between our production facilities and customers, promoting our full suite of offset printing and packaging solutions while ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B customers across various sectors such as consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, and retail.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing accounts, conducting regular follow‑ups, product presentations, and after‑sales support.
- Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts using Microsoft Excel and other CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with the production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any operational issues.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for offset printing jobs, packaging solutions, and value‑added services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend new product offerings or service improvements.
- Participate in trade shows, industry exhibitions, and local networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Report sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management on a weekly basis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations related to transportation and licensing.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) – candidates with at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) are also considered if they possess relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in printing, offset, or packaging industries.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, quotation preparation, and reporting.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Resilience under pressure and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C/A).
- Willingness to be based in Boyolali, Central Java, with a work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 07:30‑17:00.
