We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant café team. As a Barista – Penyaji Minuman Kopi dan Non‑Kopi, you will be the face of our brand, crafting high‑quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while delivering an unforgettable customer experience. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee‑based drinks, teas, and non‑coffee beverages according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately, offering product recommendations, and answering questions about menu items.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments through POS systems, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables, and communicate restocking needs to the manager.
- Assist in training new team members on brewing techniques, customer service standards, and store policies.
- Participate in daily opening and closing routines, including equipment cleaning, stock reconciliation, and report generation.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal menu items, promotional events, and ways to improve operational efficiency.
- Uphold the café’s brand image by maintaining a professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑25 years (both male and female candidates are welcome).
- Previous barista experience or a strong willingness to learn the craft.
- Demonstrated responsibility, punctuality, and honesty.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attractive personal presentation and a genuine passion for coffee culture.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Basic math abilities for cash handling and inventory tracking.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
