Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and handle phone inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Promote and upsell robotics courses, workshops, and special programs to prospective students and parents.
- Maintain accurate daily cash handling, invoicing, and financial records using accounting software.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Manage the front‑desk schedule, coordinating class registrations, trial sessions, and facility tours.
- Produce regular reports in Microsoft Excel, including enrollment statistics, revenue forecasts, and expense tracking.
- Assist the marketing team by creating simple promotional materials and updating social media announcements.
- Coordinate with instructors to confirm class capacities, material needs, and equipment availability.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, turning challenges into opportunities for service improvement.
- Maintain a tidy, organized reception area that reflects the centre’s high standards of professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a graduate of SMEA or a related program.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative or accounting roles, preferably in an educational or service‑oriented setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formula creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an engaging, clear speaking tone.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles to effectively promote courses.
- Demonstrated ability to follow bookkeeping procedures and manage financial documentation.
- Excellent time‑management and prioritization skills; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of honesty, attention to detail, and disciplined work ethic.
- Confident public speaker, comfortable presenting information to groups of customers.
- Team‑player attitude with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Female candidates only; age maximum 35 years.
- Additional desired skills: basic knowledge of deep learning concepts, desktop programming, and English pronunciation for occasional tutoring support.
