Responsibilities
- Record all incoming and outgoing financial transactions in the company’s ERP system with precision, ensuring each entry complies with relevant accounting standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements, including profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Verify and audit supporting documents such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports to guarantee authenticity and correctness.
- Assist the senior accounting team in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and payroll entries, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
- Maintain an organized filing system—both digital and physical—for all financial documentation, facilitating easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Support budget formulation and variance analysis by providing accurate cost data and identifying areas for financial improvement.
- Collaborate with the procurement, sales, and operations departments to align financial records with business activities and project forecasts.
- Continuously monitor internal controls, suggest enhancements, and help implement best practices to mitigate financial risk.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on accounting experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
