Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Pengambilan Order (TO) to join our team in the Tulungagung area. This position plays a crucial role in expanding our market presence for fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) by actively acquiring orders, building strong relationships with retailers, and ensuring timely product delivery. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with a keen understanding of the local market, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new retail outlets, traditional shops, and modern trade partners within the Tulungagung region.
- Conduct regular face‑to‑face visits to customers to present product portfolios, negotiate terms, and secure purchase orders.
- Collect and process orders accurately using Android‑based sales applications, ensuring data integrity and timely entry into the company system.
- Maintain a daily activity report, tracking visited outlets, order values, and follow‑up actions.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to guarantee on‑time delivery and resolve any dispatch issues.
- Monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence, and provide feedback to the sales manager for strategic adjustments.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the department.
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with key decision‑makers, fostering brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Participate in periodic training sessions, product launches, and promotional events to stay updated on the latest offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and proper handling of company assets such as motorcycles and mobile devices.
Requirements
- Residency in or around Tulungagung and willingness to cover the designated sales territory.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat (high school diploma or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience in the FMCG sector (sales, direct sales, or canvassing).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C driving licence.
- Strong commitment and motivation to succeed in a sales‑driven environment.
- Proficiency in operating Android smartphones, tablets, and related sales applications.
- Excellent business communication skills, competitive analysis capability, and persuasive selling techniques.
- Ability to understand and navigate the local market geography effectively.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
