Introduction
Olympic Group, a leading furniture manufacturer with a strong presence across Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager – Market Development & Relations to spearhead sales initiatives in the eastern Java region. This pivotal role will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and nurture lasting relationships with dealers, architects, and end‑customers. The successful candidate will operate from our Nganjuk depot (Baron) and cover key territories including Kediri, Tulungagung, Trenggalek, Ponorogo, Madiun, and Magetan.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed the sales targets set by corporate management for the assigned region.
- Plan and execute regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and showroom presentations to promote Olympic Group’s furniture collections.
- Deliver compelling product explanations and professional presentations that highlight design, quality, and value propositions.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including pipeline status, forecast accuracy, and market insights.
- Maintain strong dealer and customer relationships, providing timely follow‑up on promotions, new product launches, and after‑sales service.
- Coordinate with the finance team to issue invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and ensure timely collection of overdue payments.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to tailor regional promotional activities, trade shows, and retail events.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Mentor and support junior sales staff, fostering a high‑performance team culture under pressure.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 (any major) preferred.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in furniture, FMCG, or related consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and pricing strategy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- High integrity, interpersonal aptitude, and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Target‑driven attitude, capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively across functions such as logistics, finance, and product development.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C or SIM A) for regional travel.
- Male candidates only, as per current company policy.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional travel to client sites.
