Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Staf Pengelola Akun Piutang dan Penagihan to join our finance team. This role is critical in ensuring that our company maintains healthy cash flow by managing accounts receivable, overseeing the collection process, and supporting overall financial integrity. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, capable of working both independently and within a collaborative team environment, and able to perform under pressure while adhering to strict deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring all customer invoices are accurately recorded.
- Monitor outstanding balances daily and generate aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
- Initiate timely collection activities, including phone calls, emails, and formal reminder letters to secure payments.
- Negotiate payment plans with clients when necessary, balancing customer relationships with company policy.
- Reconcile received payments with bank statements and update the accounting system accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to resolve billing disputes and clarify invoice details.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management that highlight collection performance, cash‑flow projections, and potential risk areas.
- Assist in month‑end closing activities by providing accurate receivable data and supporting audit documentation.
- Identify trends in late payments and propose process improvements to reduce delinquency rates.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at enhancing the overall financial workflow and customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
