Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Teknisi Perangkat Mobile to join our dynamic facilities team. This role is essential for maintaining the reliability and safety of our retail‑store infrastructure, ensuring that all technical systems support seamless online store operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, combined with hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced retail or logistics environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on building facilities, including lighting, air‑conditioning, CCTV, and server rooms, to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues for computers, printers, network equipment, and other peripheral devices that are critical to the online store’s daily workflow.
- Monitor and maintain the operational integrity of store areas, ensuring optimal performance of AC units, electrical panels, rack systems, and electronic displays.
- Keep technical zones—such as electrical panels, server racks, and IT corners—clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with external vendors and specialist contractors for specialized repairs, upgrades, or installations that require additional expertise.
- Document all maintenance activities, incidents, and spare‑part replacements in the company’s asset management system, providing clear reports to supervisors.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions in line with K3 (occupational health and safety) regulations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects, offering technical input on feasibility, cost, and timeline.
- Provide on‑site technical support during store opening hours (08:00‑17:00) and be on standby for urgent after‑hours emergencies when required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably SMK/D3 in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Male candidates, aged 35 years or younger.
- At least 1–3 years of experience as a building technician, maintenance engineer, or operational technician, preferably within the retail or logistics sector.
- Strong technical ability to diagnose and repair electrical, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Fundamental knowledge of both low‑voltage (arus lemah) and high‑voltage (arus kuat) electrical systems, as well as basic HVAC principles.
- Relevant certifications such as K3, Electrical Safety, or Junior‑level MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) qualifications.
- Proficiency with electrical measurement tools and the ability to read technical schematics.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills for reporting and coordinating with vendors, supervisors, and store staff.
