We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator (HR) to join our dynamic team at a leading beauty clinic. Responsibilities

  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with the clinic’s quality and compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and performance records using the clinic’s HRIS system.
  • Design and coordinate training programs, career development plans, and performance appraisal cycles to boost employee engagement and skill growth.
  • Administer payroll, BPJS contributions, and other statutory obligations while ensuring strict adherence to Indonesian labor law.
  • Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, ensuring all terms meet regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate effective employee‑relations initiatives, mediating conflicts, and promoting a collaborative, disciplined workplace.
  • Partner with clinic leadership to assess staffing needs, forecast workforce trends, and support strategic planning.
  • Uphold confidentiality of sensitive employee information and safeguard the integrity of HR data.
  • Contribute ideas for enhancing workplace morale, such as recognition programs, wellness activities, and team‑building events.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Maximum age of 40 years.
  • At least 2 years of proven HR experience, preferably within the retail fashion or beauty services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor legislation, BPJS regulations, and HR administrative systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey policies clearly and assertively.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle internal conflicts, maintain confidentiality, and act with high integrity.
  • Proficiency in data mining, HR analytics, and workforce planning tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
