Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Staff Penagihan Operasional to join our field collection team in the Bone region. This position is responsible for direct interaction with customers, ensuring timely repayment of instalments, and maintaining strong relationships that support the financial health of both the client and our organization. The role offers a dynamic work environment with a blend of field visits, data recording, and collaborative problem‑solving.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily on‑site visits to assigned customers within the Bone area to perform collection activities, including the receipt of instalment payments and any applicable penalties.
- Verify the authenticity of payment receipts, update the central database in real time, and generate detailed collection reports for supervisors.
- Identify customers experiencing payment difficulties, negotiate realistic repayment plans, and forward escalated cases to the credit control team.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions, representing the company’s brand and fostering trust.
- Utilize a personal motorbike and a valid SIM C to travel efficiently across the designated territory, ensuring adherence to the scheduled route plan.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to share insights about client behaviour and potential cross‑selling opportunities.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities or potential fraud observed during field visits.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share field experiences, and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Requirements
- Male candidate, aged 19‑35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in debt collection, field sales, or customer service is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome.
- Own a reliable motorbike and hold an active SIM C driving licence.
- Strong knowledge of the Bone geographic area, including local routes, community landmarks, and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy: familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ability to use mobile data entry applications.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
