Responsibilities

  • Execute and publish engaging social media posts on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Translate creative briefs and brainstorming ideas into platform‑specific formats, ensuring each piece meets technical specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Assist in all stages of content production, including shooting, editing, caption writing, and scheduling.
  • Monitor real‑time trends, hashtags, and viral formats to propose quick‑turnaround content that maximizes reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate closely with the creative, strategy, and analytics teams to align messaging with campaign objectives.
  • Handle revision cycles efficiently, delivering final assets on schedule without compromising quality.
  • Maintain a content calendar, track posting performance, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Analyze basic social media metrics to inform future content strategy and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support community management by responding to comments and messages in a brand‑consistent tone.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience managing social media accounts in an agency, multi‑brand, or in‑house environment.
  • Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or comparable software; familiarity with Canva or other design platforms is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics (reach, impressions, engagement rates) and the ability to draw actionable insights.
  • Strong grasp of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for short‑form video and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to convey ideas clearly during production and feedback cycles.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of juggling multiple content requests and revision rounds simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work cross‑functionally and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Open to working Monday through Friday, 10:00 – 18:00, with occasional flexibility for peak campaign periods.
