Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and results‑driven Sales Promotion Girls (SPG) for a rotating field‑sales role based in Pemalang. As an SPG Rotasi Penjualan Promosi, you will become the face of our brand, visiting a variety of outlets, presenting product benefits, and driving sales growth through persuasive communication and excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct direct selling activities for assigned product lines, ensuring that each outlet receives accurate product information and promotional materials.
- Follow a rotating schedule that covers a predetermined list of stores, maximizing market coverage and brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, staff, and key decision‑makers to secure shelf space and promotional opportunities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by employing effective negotiation techniques and upselling strategies.
- Collect market intelligence such as competitor pricing, promotional activities, and consumer feedback, and report insights to the regional sales manager.
- Maintain personal sales tools, including a fully functional Android smartphone with a minimum of 6 GB RAM, and ensure the device is updated with the latest sales app.
- Use personal motorbike and a valid SIM C license to travel safely and efficiently between outlets, adhering to the company’s schedule and safety protocols.
- Prepare daily activity reports, log sales transactions, and update inventory levels using the company’s mobile CRM system.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, promotional techniques, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in mobile SPG or field sales, preferably in consumer packaged goods.
- Ownership of a reliable motorbike and a valid SIM C driver’s license.
- Personal Android smartphone with a minimum of 6 GB RAM; iOS devices are not supported.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage confidently with diverse store personnel.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
