Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Outlet for our kitchen operations in Bangkalan, Madura. This full‑time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00, and provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced food‑service professional to lead a dedicated crew, ensure high‑quality food preparation, and uphold strict hygiene standards. The role is open to candidates of any gender who have completed at least a senior high school (SMA/SMK) education and possess a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the kitchen crew on a daily basis, delegating tasks to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Oversee food preparation to guarantee that every dish meets the company’s recipe specifications and visual presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with HACCP and local health regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, monitor stock levels of raw materials, and collaborate closely with the purchasing team to place timely orders.
- Train new team members, provide ongoing coaching, and evaluate performance to foster continuous improvement.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly operational reports to the Operations Manager, highlighting production output, waste, and any operational challenges.
- Implement corrective actions when deviations from standards occur, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
- Support menu development initiatives by offering feedback on ingredient feasibility and preparation efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or in a comparable leadership role within the food‑service industry.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operational procedures, food safety protocols, and preferably HACCP certification.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating a diverse team under pressure.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in Bangkalan and adapt to shift variations as needed.
- Educational background: at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and inventory management.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
