Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to the designated recipient address within the assigned delivery zone, following the daily route plan.
- Verify each parcel by scanning its barcode before departure and after successful delivery, ensuring accurate tracking in the system.
- Communicate proactively with recipients when an address is unclear, inaccessible, or requires additional instructions, using phone calls or messaging apps.
- Maintain the condition of the vehicle and safeguard the security of all parcels during transit, adhering to company safety protocols.
- Complete end‑of‑day delivery reports that detail successful deliveries, returns, failed attempts, and any incidents encountered on the road.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) for handling fragile, hazardous, or high‑value items, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist the logistics coordination team by providing feedback on route efficiency, traffic patterns, and potential service improvements.
- Keep the mobile device fully charged and ensure the Google Maps application is up‑to‑date for optimal navigation.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on customer service, safety, and new technology tools introduced by the company.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years with at least an elementary school (SD) diploma.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A or C) and active vehicle registration (STNK).
- Own a well‑maintained personal vehicle (motorcycle or car) suitable for daily delivery operations.
- Smartphone running Android with a minimum of 4 GB RAM, capable of running Google Maps and the company’s delivery app.
- Strong knowledge of Google Maps navigation and the ability to adapt to dynamic route changes.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with recipients, dispatchers, and team members.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to delivering parcels safely and on schedule.
- Physical ability to load and unload packages of varying sizes, and to handle occasional adverse weather conditions.
- Open‑minded attitude towards all genders and educational backgrounds; we welcome applicants from any educational level.
