The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, providing a structured yet engaging work environment.

Responsibilities
- Proactively market and sell the company’s financial products to both existing clients and new prospects, tailoring pitches to meet individual needs.
- Generate orders through various distribution channels, capturing accurate initial data and performing thorough verification of customer documents.
- Prepare and complete credit application packages, ensuring all required paperwork is submitted in compliance with internal policies.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, liaising with the underwriting team to expedite decisions.
- Communicate credit approval or rejection outcomes promptly to dealers and customers, providing clear explanations and next steps.
- Inform customers about repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional information required for successful loan servicing.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and follow‑up activities within the company’s CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for cross‑selling additional products and services, contributing to the overall sales target.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features, regulatory changes, and best practices in customer service.
- Travel within the assigned territory using personal transportation, ensuring timely visits to dealers and customers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (associate degree) in any discipline; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered.
- Age: maximum 29 years; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or credit‑related role is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field work.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
