Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities according to company standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, report shortages, and ensure proper storage of chemicals in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect rooms and common areas after cleaning to verify that all tasks are completed to a high standard of hygiene.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms, conference spaces, and event venues, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and ready for use.
- Collaborate with the front‑desk and maintenance teams to address any guest requests or maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow health and safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of cleaning agents.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on best practices in hospitality cleaning and customer service.
- Contribute to a positive work culture by maintaining a cheerful attitude, supporting colleagues, and avoiding workplace drama.

- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
