Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Merchandiser Penjualan Ritel to join our fast‑growing retail team for IM3, a leading telecommunications brand in Indonesia. This role is pivotal in ensuring that IM3’s products and promotional materials are displayed attractively, stocked efficiently, and communicated clearly to retail partners. The successful candidate will combine strong visual merchandising instincts with excellent communication and analytical skills to drive sales performance across a network of retail outlets.
Responsibilities
- Visual Merchandising: Design and maintain eye‑catching product displays for SIM cards, vouchers, and accessories on shelves, counter tables, and hanging racks to maximize visibility against competitors.
- POSM Installation: Install and refresh posters, wobblers, banners, X‑banners, and other point‑of‑sale materials in accordance with brand guidelines, ensuring they attract consumer attention.
- Store Cleanliness & Presentation: Keep all IM3 promotional assets and products tidy, organized, and free from obstruction by other merchandise.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks, monitor expiry dates of vouchers, and prevent out‑of‑stock situations by coordinating timely restocking.
- Restocking & Re‑plenishment: Refill displays promptly when inventory runs low, ensuring that every outlet always showcases up‑to‑date offers.
- Market Monitoring & Reporting:
- Visit assigned outlets on a scheduled basis (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Analyze competitor promotions, pricing changes, and new programs, then report actionable insights.
- Submit daily or weekly performance reports with photos and data via the company’s mobile application.
- Retailer Relationship Management:
- Educate store owners and staff on the latest IM3 promotions, product features, and sales techniques.
- Build trust and loyalty by providing reliable support, answering queries, and acting as the primary point of contact.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and logistics teams to align merchandising strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only (as per client specification).
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Additional experience in marketing or retail is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities; ability to prioritize tasks across multiple outlets.
- Analytical mindset for competitor analysis, sales trend tracking, and report generation.
- Technical skills: basic knowledge of branding, POSM design, inventory software, and e‑commerce concepts.
- Physical ability to lift merchandising materials and move displays as needed.
