This role focuses on building and nurturing a network of Business Agents (BA), agents, and partners who can connect prospective borrowers with our secured auto‑loan products. Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new Business Agents, agents, and strategic partners who meet our profile criteria and can effectively reach potential customers seeking car‑title loan financing.
- Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing BAs, providing them with coaching, performance insights, and strategic support to boost productivity and loyalty.
- Coordinate daily activities with supervisors and cross‑functional teams, including field visits, training sessions, and joint marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends in the automotive financing sector, delivering actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Track, report, and be accountable for monthly sales targets, ensuring that both individual and team goals are met or surpassed.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess partner performance, gather feedback, and resolve any operational issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to design promotional materials, local events, and digital campaigns that drive lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of partner contacts, agreements, and performance metrics using the company’s CRM system.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the financial services or automotive sector.
- Age: No upper age limit; we value competence and motivation above age.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Vehicle: Own a reliable two‑wheel motorbike and hold a valid SIM C.
- Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong networking talent, persuasive negotiation skills, and a passion for field work.
- Personal Traits: Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, able to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic marketing tools, CRM platforms, and ability to generate reports.
