Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Part‑Time Stock Opname Staff to join our dynamic fashion and daily‑apparel team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting our live‑hosting events, and ensuring that our customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience. As a key member of the inventory management crew, you will work closely with the warehouse, merchandising, and sales teams to keep our stock data reliable and up‑to‑date.
The position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00) and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fashion, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular stock opname (physical inventory counts) across all product categories, ensuring accuracy within a 0.5% variance.
- Record and reconcile inventory data in the store management system, flagging discrepancies for immediate investigation.
- Collaborate with the live‑host team to verify product availability during live streaming sessions and provide real‑time updates.
- Assist in labeling, tagging, and organizing merchandise on the sales floor and in back‑room storage.
- Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports for management, highlighting trends such as fast‑moving items and potential stock‑outs.
- Support periodic cycle counts, year‑end stocktaking, and special promotional inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, orderly workspace and adhere to safety and loss‑prevention protocols.
- Communicate effectively with purchasing, logistics, and customer service departments to resolve stock‑related issues.
- Participate in training sessions on the store’s inventory software and emerging fashion trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in stock management, inventory control, or a similar role.
- Prior experience as a Live Host is highly preferred, demonstrating confidence in front‑of‑camera environments.
- Strong passion for fashion and daily apparel trends.
- Female candidates only; age not exceeding 25 years.
- Excellent manners, professional attitude, and strong work ethics.
- Honesty, responsibility, creativity, and perseverance.
- Ability to work in a diverse, inclusive team and show tolerance for different perspectives.
- Proficiency with store management systems and basic computer skills.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
