Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and diligent Staff Penagihan – Collector to join our field collection team in the Kotawaringin Timur area. This role is pivotal in maintaining healthy cash flow for the organization by ensuring timely repayment of outstanding receivables. The successful candidate will engage directly with customers, negotiate payment plans, and represent the company with professionalism and respect.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and ad‑hoc visits to customers’ premises or designated collection points to discuss overdue accounts.
- Explain the details of each invoice clearly, answer client queries, and provide tailored payment solutions that align with both the customer’s capacity and the company’s policies.
- Negotiate and finalize repayment agreements, including installment plans, partial settlements, or alternative payment methods such as mobile banking.
- Record daily visit outcomes in the company’s CRM system, noting payment commitments, objections raised, and any required follow‑up actions.
- Prepare concise daily and weekly collection reports for supervisors, highlighting recovered amounts, pending cases, and trends that may require strategic attention.
- Adhere strictly to internal collection procedures and ensure all activities comply with local regulations, consumer protection laws, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with the finance and customer service departments to resolve disputes, correct billing errors, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the brand in the community, building trust and reinforcing the company’s reputation.
Requirements
- Male candidates, aged 18‑32 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 or S1 preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior collection or sales experience is a plus.
- Possession of a valid motorbike and an active SIM C license.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult conversations with confidence.
- Organizational aptitude to manage multiple accounts, prioritize visits, and meet daily targets.
- High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality of customer data.
- Willingness to be based in the designated Kotawaringin Timur area and work a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
