Responsibilities

- Assess student progress through quizzes, oral presentations, writing assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and individual learning plans.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and academic staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and extracurricular activities such as debate clubs, reading circles, and language immersion events.
- Participate in regular faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and performance evaluations.
- Support students’ personal development by fostering a respectful, inclusive, and motivating classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor and enforce classroom discipline while promoting self‑regulation and responsibility among learners.
- Engage with parents or guardians to discuss student achievements, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
- Commit to the organization’s testing and certification processes, including pre‑employment assessments and periodic skill evaluations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (FKIP, FMIPA or equivalent).
- Final‑year university students or recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation, with the ability to teach both receptive and productive skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with teenagers and collaborating within a team.
- Demonstrated responsibility, reliability, and a professional appearance.
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive testing and interview process.
- Basic proficiency with digital teaching tools, such as learning management systems, virtual classrooms, and educational apps.
