Introduction
Meat N Fresh is seeking a motivated Staff Pengiriman to join our distribution team in Penajam Paser Utara, Petung, East Kalimantan. This role is essential for ensuring that our high‑quality, halal and hygienic meat products reach customers safely, on time, and in perfect condition. The ideal candidate will be a detail‑oriented, service‑focused individual who can manage loading, unloading, and delivery operations while maintaining strict adherence to company standards and local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the unloading and loading of meat products at the store, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain the visual and physical integrity of all products, checking packaging, labeling, and expiration dates before dispatch.
- Plan daily delivery routes to customers in Penajam, Giri Mukti, and surrounding areas, optimizing for efficiency and fuel consumption.
- Execute product deliveries to customers, confirming receipt against sales orders and obtaining necessary signatures or digital acknowledgments.
- Perform on‑site verification of customer orders, reporting any discrepancies to the sales or logistics manager immediately.
- Monitor inventory levels at the store, reporting low stock or potential stock‑outs to the inventory control team.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, conducting routine checks of the motorbike and ensuring the active SIM C is always valid.
- Adhere to all internal SOPs, health & safety guidelines, and local transportation laws.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any delivery‑related inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales, warehouse, and e‑commerce teams to support promotional campaigns and special delivery schedules.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in delivery, logistics, or retail operations.
- Active SIM C driver’s license and ownership of a reliable motorbike.
- Strong service orientation with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks and ride for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic inventory control and retail operational management.
