Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily courier staffing needs across the assigned area, ensuring optimal coverage for peak periods.
- Conduct market analysis to understand client expectations and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Communicate the unique benefits of becoming a SPX courier, highlighting competitive earnings, flexible schedules, and career development opportunities.
- Build and maintain trust with potential and existing couriers by clearly presenting the company’s background, safety standards, and growth prospects.
- Achieve defined sales and recruitment targets through proactive outreach and relationship‑building activities.
- Maintain a professional appearance and personal grooming standards that reflect the company’s brand values.
- Promote courier positions directly to candidates through face‑to‑face meetings, phone calls, and community events.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress, market feedback, and sales performance for senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized promotional materials and campaigns.
- Assist in onboarding new couriers, ensuring they receive proper training and orientation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
