Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and dietary options, to answer guest inquiries confidently.
- Adhere strictly to Warkolas’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate order flow, resolve any issues, and guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and set up tables, replenish utensils, napkins, and condiments, and keep the dining area clean and inviting.
- Handle payment transactions accurately, issue receipts, and manage cash registers when required.
- Respond promptly to guest feedback, address concerns courteously, and communicate any recurring issues to management.
- Participate in regular training sessions, briefings, and team meetings to stay updated on new menu items and service improvements.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory checks, stock replenishment, and securing the dining area.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all ages; candidates must be legally eligible to work.
